Priyanka Chopra and American TV show Quantico both are on the target point of Indians from past few days. They are being highly trolled for the episode of Quantico.

Due to excess slamming on social media Priyanka Chopra apologized. But in India, Peecee finally got someone to support and she is filmmaker Pooja Bhatt who stood by her side and slammed people back.

On Monday, Pooja took to Twitter to share her opinion on the double standard people and supports Priyanka Chopra, “When Priyanka Chopra makes a mark for herself internationally, we claim her achievements as our own and then threaten to ban her films and make her apologize for a work of fiction that has been created by someone else. Can we please attempt to be larger than that?”

After severe backlash, Peecee had apologized on social media and wrote, “I’m extremely saddened and sorry that some sentiments have been hurt by a recent episode of ‘Quantico’. That was not and would never be my intention. I sincerely apologize. I’m a proud Indian and that will never change.”

Also, Quantico’s production house feels sorry to hurt Indians and released a statement stating, “ABC Studios and the executive producers of Quantico would like to extend an apology to our audience who were offended by the most recent episode, The Blood of Romeo. The episode has stirred a lot of emotion, much of which is unfairly aimed at Priyanka Chopra, who didn’t create the show, nor does she write or direct it. She has no involvement in the casting of the show or the storylines depicted in the series.”

Recently, reporters asked Pooja about Alia and Ranbir’s affair, to which she replied: “You got to ask Alia! You can ask me about my personal life. You cannot ask me about my sister’s personal life because I ain’t telling, darling!”

Pooja also commented: “Like I took rumours about me. What was true didn’t bother me. What was not true didn’t bother me. And she is a Bhatt after all, and a much-improved Bhatt in that sense. I think that this is her time in the sun. We should just let that young girl be and enjoy her life because I think she is doing her job of entertaining India and the world really well. So, what she does or does not do in her personal life is really her problem. How she chooses to lead her life is her problem. My father and me have a different approach to it. She has a different approach to it. So, I think we should just let people be who they are.”
