This is a film with a "village subject," telling a love story from the era of keypad mobile phones. While it might seem easy to write a rural story, it is incredibly difficult to recreate a village from ten or twenty years ago. Globalization has drastically changed the rural landscape. In this regard, Arasayyana Prema Prasanga does a neat job of portraying a village, its environment, and its homes without compromising on authenticity. Often, comedy films focus heavily on dialogue and actors' expressions. The strength of Arasayyana, however, is that significant money has been spent on its production value. Every frame is a testament to this; the lighting and camera work are of high quality.
